TM Geothermal Operations PLC (TMGO) is developing the Tulu Moye project - DFC has committed $1.55 million in technical development for the Tulu Moye Geothermal Power Plant Project in Ethiopia. TM Geothermal Operations PLC (“TMGO”) was established in December 2017. TMGO is a joint-venture company of the French investment firm Meridiam and Icelandic Geothermal company Reykjavik Geothermal. The company is established for the purpose of executing a power purchase and implementation agreement concluded with the Government of Ethiopia and Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) for the deployment of a 150MW geothermal baseload capacity power plant [within the Oromia Region].
