ASMA INVEST- is a holding company founded in 1992 by virtue of dahir n ° 1-90-72 of 12.04.1991 promulgating Law 19-90 concluded between the governments of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh on December 2, 1989 with a share capital held in equal shares between the two States. Established in the form of an investment fund, Asma Invest was initially endowed with a capital of 400 million dirhams, increased in 2010 with the development of its activity to 800 million dirhams. It was then increased in 2016 to 2 billion dirhams in order to further strengthen its positioning as an institutional investor and to promote new strategic axes with strong socio-economic impact. Present and active for more than a quarter of a century in Morocco, Asma Invest has succeeded in carrying out, alone or in partnership, around thirty investment operations in the four corners of the kingdom. Indeed, since the launch of its activity, and thanks to the reputation of excellence that it has been able to forge in the financial center, and which corresponds to the expectations of both clients and partners, the institution Asma Invest , has been able to develop large-scale projects by acquiring a majority stake in the capital of existing or new companies operating in the industrial, telecommunications, offshoring and other sectors of activity with high potential, and more essentially, by investing in the real estate, agricultural and hotel development sectors.
